These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your enrolment in and participation in any course, training, workshop, or program offered by INKK Cosmetic Tattoo Academy (“INKK”, “we”, “our”, “us”).

 

By enrolling in any course, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Eligibility

By enrolling, you confirm that:

  • You are at least 18 years of age.
  • You are legally able to enter into a binding agreement.
  • All information provided during enrolment is accurate and complete.

INKK reserves the right to refuse enrolment at its discretion.

2. Enrolment & Payment

  • Full payment or approved deposit must be received to secure your place.
  • Course spots are limited and allocated on a first-come basis.
  • Enrolment is confirmed only once payment has been successfully processed.

All payments are subject to our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

3. No Refund Policy

All course fees are strictly non-refundable for change of mind.

This includes failure to attend, personal circumstances, or change in career direction.

Your rights under Australian Consumer Law remain unaffected.

4. Course Kits

Where a course includes a professional kit:

  • Kits are prepared specifically for enrolled students.
  • Kits remain the responsibility of the student once provided.
  • Kits may not be exchanged or refunded except as required under Australian Consumer Law.

INKK is not liable for misuse of products after training.

5. Intellectual Property

All course materials, including but not limited to:

  • Manuals
  • PDFs
  • Workbooks
  • Demonstrations
  • Techniques
  • Branding concepts
  • Videos
  • Training methods

are the intellectual property of INKK Cosmetic Tattoo Academy.

You may not:

  • Copy
  • Reproduce
  • Teach
  • Replicate
  • Distribute
  • Record
  • Share
  • Sell
  • Use for commercial teaching purposes

without written permission.

Unauthorised reproduction or distribution may result in legal action.

6. Student Conduct

Students are expected to:

  • Behave professionally and respectfully.
  • Follow all health, hygiene, and safety procedures.
  • Respect trainers, models, and other students.

INKK reserves the right to remove any student from training without refund if behaviour is disruptive, unsafe, abusive, or inappropriate.

7. Certification

Certificates of completion are issued only if:

  • Full payment has been made.
  • The student has attended all required training components.
  • The student has demonstrated required competency standards (if applicable).

Completion of a course does not guarantee business success or income.

8. Assumption of Risk

Cosmetic tattooing is a skill-based practice.

By enrolling, you acknowledge that:

  • Results vary between individuals.
  • Success depends on practice, compliance, and individual ability.
  • INKK does not guarantee specific outcomes, income, or client results.

You assume responsibility for your future practice and business decisions.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law:

  • INKK is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss.
  • INKK is not responsible for loss of income, reputation, business opportunity, or future earnings.
  • Liability is limited to the amount paid for the course.

Nothing in these Terms excludes rights under Australian Consumer Law.

10. Course Changes

INKK reserves the right to:

  • Modify course content
  • Adjust schedules
  • Change training dates
  • Substitute trainers if required

without prior notice, provided the overall value of the course remains substantially the same.

11. Privacy

Personal information collected during enrolment is used solely for:

  • Course administration
  • Student communication
  • Legal compliance

We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties except where required by law.

12. Governing LaW

These Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.

Any disputes shall be handled in Queensland courts.

13. Agreement

By enrolling in any INKK Cosmetic Tattoo Academy course, you confirm that:

  • You have read and understood these Terms of Service.
  • You agree to be legally bound by them.
  • You accept the Refund & Cancellation Policy.
