Refund policy
INKK Cosmetic Tattoo Academy

At INKK Cosmetic Tattoo Academy, we pride ourselves on delivering premium, high-quality in-person training experiences. Due to the nature of our courses, limited class sizes, and inclusion of professional kits, the following policy applies to all enrolments.
1. Strict No Refund Policy (Change of Mind)
All course payments are strictly non-refundable.
This includes (but is not limited to):
- Change of mind
- Change in personal circumstances
- Scheduling conflicts
- Travel issues
- Financial reasons
- Deciding not to pursue the industry
When you enrol in a course, you are securing a limited training position and a professional kit prepared specifically for you. For this reason, we do not offer refunds under any circumstances related to change of mind.
Please choose carefully before committing.
2. Deposits
If a deposit option is offered:
- Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable.
- Deposits secure your training date and kit allocation.
3. Rescheduling Policy
We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise.
- One reschedule may be permitted with a minimum of 14 days written notice prior to your course start date.
- Rescheduled dates must be used within 3 months of the original booking.
- Requests made within 14 days of the course date may result in forfeiture of payments.
- Failure to attend (no-show) will result in full forfeiture of course fees.
Rescheduling is offered at the sole discretion of INKK Cosmetic Tattoo Academy.
4. Course Cancellation by INKK
In the unlikely event that INKK Cosmetic Tattoo Academy cancels a course due to unforeseen circumstances, you will be offered:
- A transfer to the next available course date, or
- A full refund of payments made.
INKK is not responsible for travel, accommodation, or other associated costs.
5. Course Kits
All course kits included in your enrolment:
- Are ordered and prepared specifically for your training.
- Cannot be returned or refunded.
- Remain subject to Australian Consumer Law.
6. Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts, or modifies your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
You may be entitled to a remedy (including repair, replacement, or refund) if a course or product fails to meet consumer guarantees, including if it:
- Is not delivered with due care and skill
- Is not as described
- Has a major failure
7. Agreement
By enrolling in any course with INKK Cosmetic Tattoo Academy, you acknowledge that:
- You have read and understood this Refund & Cancellation Policy.
- You agree to the strict no-refund terms.
- You understand that course fees are non-refundable due to change of mind.
