Cosmetic Brow Tattoos

Precision, artistry, and expertise tailored entirely to you.

At INKK, we map for symmetry and lift, a shaping approach that snatches the face in a way most brow tattoos simply don’t.

Ombrè Brows

The longest lasting style of brows

Ombré brow tattooing is a semi-permanent technique that creates a soft, makeup-inspired gradient across the brow — lighter and diffused at the front, gradually deepening in colour toward the tail — for a structured, polished finish that holds its shape all day, every day.

Think perfectly filled-in brows, sculpted with a brow powder or pencil, but without the daily effort. The ombré method creates real depth and definition through seamless shading, with a velvety, skin-like finish that works beautifully on every skin type — including oily skin, which can be more challenging for stroke-based techniques.

At INKK, your ombré result is completely bespoke. Your shape is mapped to flatter your facial structure and natural symmetry, your colour is chosen to complement your skin tone and undertones, and every detail is refined before treatment begins. The result is crisp, symmetrical, effortlessly beautiful brows that stay perfectly in place — rain, gym, or morning after.

Wake up with brows that look like your best makeup day, every day. Results last two to three years with proper aftercare, with ombré typically holding colour the longest of any brow style.

Nano-Combination Brows

The perfect blend between natural and defined

Nano Combination Brows are the ultimate blend of artistry and realism — ultra-fine, hair-like strokes woven together with soft, seamless shading to create brows that look genuinely, effortlessly grown that way.

This is not a brow stamp. It’s not a block of colour. It’s a hand-crafted reconstruction of your natural brow, stroke by stroke, designed to mimic the way real hairs grow and catch the light. The result is a soft, dimensional brow that photographs beautifully, looks flawless in person, and suits every face shape — whether you’re starting from sparse or simply want more definition.

Every Nano Combination treatment is mapped to your unique facial anatomy before a single needle touches your skin. Your natural brow hairs are incorporated into the design, your colour is custom-blended for your skin tone, and every stroke is placed with intention. This is brow tattooing done with precision, care, and an artist’s eye — never rushed, never one-size-fits-all.

Enjoy brows that look done, but completely natural. Results last two to three years with proper aftercare.

Frequently asked questions

What is a Cosmetic Brow Tattoo?

Cosmetic brow tattooing is a semi-permanent treatment that creates beautifully defined, perfectly shaped brows — and keeps them that way.

Whether you’re working with sparse brows, uneven growth, or simply want to wake up every morning looking polished without the effort, a brow tattoo at INKK is designed around you — your face, your features, your life.

No two sets of brows are ever the same here. Your colour is custom-blended, your shape is mapped to your bone structure, and every detail is considered before anything begins. The result is brows that look intentional, effortless, and entirely yours.

How long do brow tattoos last?

Both styles typically last two to three years, with Ombré generally holding colour the longest. Your skin type, age, lifestyle, and aftercare all play a role. Annual touch-ups help maintain colour and definition over time.

What about pain relief?

Brow tattoos are generally very well tolerated — most clients rate discomfort between zero and four out of ten. A prescription-grade topical anaesthetic is supplied through our pharmacist prior to your appointment and applied to the skin before treatment begins.

It works by blocking the nerve signals responsible for pain, taking full effect within approximately 30 minutes. Most clients are comfortable throughout the entire session.

How long does the appointment take?

Please allow two and a half to three hours for your full appointment. This includes your consultation, colour selection, brow mapping, the treatment itself, and aftercare instructions.

Active tattooing time is typically around one hour — the rest of the time is dedicated to getting every detail right before we begin.

Do I need a Touch up?

Yes — and it’s an important part of the process. A touch-up six to eight weeks after your initial appointment allows for refinements to shape, pigment intensity, and symmetry. Think of it as part of achieving your final result.

Your best brows are one appointment away.

Because life is too short to spend another morning filling them in.

Proper preparation and aftercare directly impact the outcome of your treatment. We’ve outlined everything you need to know to support the best possible results.

  • No alcohol consumption 24 hours before your procedure.
  • Avoid sun and tanning one week prior to procedure.
  • Do not take Aspirin, Niacin, Vitamin E or Advil/Ibuprofen 24 hours before procedure.
  • No brow waxing, tinting, microdermabrasion or chemical peels one week before.

  • For your comfort, do not skip meals before the appointment.

1-10 Days Post Treatment
  • Swelling and redness is normal for the first few days. To relieve the swelling, you can ice the area with soft gel ice packs.
  • Slight stinging sensation in the first few days is also normal.
  • The microstrokes will start to form scabs and they might look dark and thick. As the skin heals, the scabs will fall off in random pieces throughout the brow and might look patchy throughout the week.
  • Flaking and crusting of the skin may occur.
  • The colour will fade approximately 30% – 50% when the scabs fall off. This is completely normal. Do not feel discouraged if the fading is more than you expected. The colour will become darker 1-2 weeks after ALL the scabs fall off.
  • A follow-up touch-up is necessary and can be completed 4-6 weeks from the initial appointment.
Aftercare
  • Use clean distilled water only
  • You may splash the brow area with water 5 hours after the procedure. Do not rub the brows with soap or cleanser. Pat dry with clean towel or tissue.
  • No make-up application on the brows until the scabbing peels off completely.
  • No sun tanning, swimming or excessing sweating.
  • No soap, moisturizer, makeup, creams or sunscreen on the brow area.
  • Do not rub or pick at the dry flaky skin/scab.
  • Make sure you wash your face without rubbing your eyebrows to prevent infection. A minor splash of water is allowed, but prolonged exposure to water is not allowed. Do not rub brows to dry them, please gently pat dry.
