All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.


During peak periods, product launches, or promotions, processing times may be slightly extended. We appreciate your patience during these times.


Shipping Methods & Delivery Timeframes

We offer standard and express shipping options across Australia.


  • Standard Shipping: Estimated 3–7 business days
  • Express Shipping: Estimated 1–3 business days



Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary depending on your location and the courier service.


Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. Occasionally, we may offer free shipping promotions—these will be clearly advertised when available.


International Shipping

We currently offer international shipping to selected countries. Delivery timeframes vary between 7–21 business days depending on destination and customs processing.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.


Incorrect Address Details

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. INKK Cosmetic Tattoo is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Lost or Delayed Parcels

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or refund where applicable.
